About the role
We are currently seeking to hire a Gen AI Engineer at our head office New Delhi to further strengthen our software engineering & delivery team.
We are looking for a skilled and innovative Generative AI Engineer with at least 3 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning and deep learning models. The ideal candidate will have robust problem-solving skills, solid programming expertise, and a proven track record of building scalable AI-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI applications using LLMs such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, and open-source models.
Build and optimize RAG pipelines using vector databases and knowledge retrieval systems.
Develop AI agents and autonomous workflows using frameworks such as Lang Chain, Lang Graph, Crew AI, or similar technologies.
Fine-tune and evaluate machine learning and language models for specific business use cases.
Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and cloud platforms.
Implement prompt engineering strategies to improve model performance and accuracy.
Monitor, test, and optimize AI applications for scalability, reliability, and security.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI-driven solutions.
