Role Description The Head New Product Development will lead the end-to-end development of new automotive products, from concept and feasibility through design, validation, and launch. This full-time,



on-site position is based in Ambattur and will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D;, production, quality, procurement, and sales. Daily responsibilities include identifying new product opportunities, conducting technical and market feasibility studies, defining product specifications, and overseeing prototype development and testing. The role will also involve managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring that new products meet quality, regulatory, and customer requirements. The Head Recent Product Development will regularly engage with customers and internal stakeholders to gather feedback, refine product roadmaps, and support successful commercialization and handover to production.
