Job Summary:
Ramada by Wyndham Aligarh is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to oversee the housekeeping department and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction throughout the property. The ideal candidate will lead the housekeeping team, manage daily operations, and ensure compliance with hotel and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all housekeeping operations, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance standards are consistently maintained.
- Plan, assign, and monitor daily housekeeping activities and staff schedules.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas.
- Train, motivate, and evaluate housekeeping staff to ensure service excellence.




- Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor housekeeping inventory, linen stock, guest supplies, and cleaning materials.
- Ensure proper handling of lost and found items as per hotel policy.
- Implement and maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Handle guest requests and complaints related to housekeeping services promptly and professionally.
- Prepare departmental reports and manage housekeeping budgets and expenses.
- Ensure compliance with Wyndham brand standards and company policies.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate or Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in housekeeping operations, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Experience in hotels, resorts, or branded hospitality properties preferred.
- Solid knowledge of housekeeping procedures,
