BRAND MANAGER
This is a builder's role. We are in the early stages of establishing our India brand team, and we are looking for someone who is genuinely energized by creating things from scratch — not by managing people who do. If you love opening Figma/Canva/Adobe without AI help, crafting a campaign brief, and seeing your own work go live, you will thrive here.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're a US-based, upcoming house of fashion brands, building our Brand team in India. As Brand Manager, you'll work closely with marketing leadership to own brand identity, social media, influencer marketing, and the annual campaign calendar for North American audiences — hands-on across the board.
This role starts fully remote. As we set up our India studio (within 3 months), you'll transition to a hybrid in-office setup — we'll give you full notice and work through the change together. Think of it as building the plane while flying it, with a outstanding co-pilot in the US.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
• Design marketing collaterals yourself — campaign assets, social creatives, emailers, and lookbooks — using Figma/Canva/Adobe.




• Build and evolve the brand's visual identity system, User experience, and UX/UI assets for digital touchpoints, which include e-commerce platforms.
• Co- develop and execute social media strategy for US audiences across Meta, Google, Tik Tok, Pinterest, and other platforms as phase 1 before we focus on the Asian market, especially India.
• Plan and run end-to-end influencer campaigns — from creator discovery to performance reporting.
• Responsible for marketing platforms
• Own the annual US marketing calendar and coordinate cross-functionally with the cross-functional team across time zones.
• Lead market research and brand expansion into India
YOU ARE
•Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Mass Communication, Fashion Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus
