Role Summary

The Workday Adaptive Planning Consultant will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Adaptive Planning solutions across budgeting, forecasting, and reporting domains.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end implementations of Workday Adaptive Planning (workforce, financials, capital, and reporting). Partner with finance and business stakeholders to define planning, forecasting, and modeling requirements. Design complex financial models, assumptions, versions, and driver-based planning frameworks. Build and optimize sheets, levels, dimensions, and dashboards. Develop integrations between Workday Adaptive Planning and source ERPs (Workday Financials, SAP, Oracle, etc.). Support UAT, go-live,



and post-production stabilization. Provide thought leadership on planning best practices and performance management transformation. Required Qualifiaction
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related field. 3–8 years of experience in FP& A, EPM, or financial systems consulting. Hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning implementations. Robust understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes. Experience working with finance stakeholders and senior leadership. Preferred Qualification
Workday Adaptive Planning Certification. Experience with Workday Financial Management integration. Exposure to multi-entity, multi-currency environments. Consulting or Big 4 experience. Key Skills
