Position: SAP FICO

Location: Remote (India)

Employment Type: Contract

Experience: 5–7 Years

Key Responsibilities:

Configure, implement, and support SAP FICO solutions aligned with business requirements.

Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

Support end-to-end finance and controlling processes, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), Bank Reconciliation, Financial Accounting, Profit & Loss (P& L) reporting, and Cost Controlling.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between SAP FICO and other SAP modules such as MM, SD, PP, and EWM.

Perform system configuration, testing, UAT support, issue resolution, and production support.

Analyze business processes and recommend improvements to enhance financial operations and reporting.

Prepare functional documentation, user guides, and provide end-user training when required.

Required Skills:

5–7 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO.





Robust expertise in Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO).

Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), Bank Reconciliation, Financial Accounting, and Profit & Loss (P& L) reporting.

Strong understanding of Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profit Center Accounting, and Controlling processes.

Experience integrating SAP FICO with other SAP modules, including MM, SD, PP, and related business processes.

Hands-on experience in configuration, testing, and production support.

Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with SAP S/4 HANA Finance implementations or migrations.

Exposure to SAP Fiori applications for Finance.

SAP FICO certification is a plus.

Experience working in Agile project environments.
