Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Gurgaon. The Sales Executive will actively identify and qualify leads, manage inbound and outbound inquiries, and conduct property presentations and site visits with prospective clients. Responsibilities include understanding client needs, recommending suitable properties,



and guiding clients through the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closure and post-sales follow-up. The role requires maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, preparing proposals and sales documentation, and coordinating with internal teams for property listings, pricing, and negotiations. The Sales Executive will also monitor local market trends, participate in marketing and promotional activities, and consistently work toward achieving individual and team sales targets. Candidates preferred with direct inventories on Golf Course Road, Golf Course Extension Road.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in Real Estate sales with practical knowledge of Real Property concepts and local market dynamics.
Strong Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, closing, and target achievement in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent Customer Service abilities with a client-focused mindset and a skilled approach to relationship management.
