Essential duties and responsibilities:
Own and manage end‑to‑end delivery for the following Commercial Banking and Treasury processes:
CB Onboarding: Manage due diligence and documentation review related to signer change requests and current account onboarding.
CB Operations: Oversee general account maintenance, customer onboarding, domestic and international wire transfers, and new account onboarding activities.
CB JHA Callback: Lead callback activities for account maintenance within the JHA application, ensuring adherence to SOX compliance requirements.
OFAC: Oversee investigation and clearance of OFAC alerts, including validation and resolution of false positives to ensure regulatory compliance.
TM Callback: Manage audit and callback activities across multiple applications supporting Treasury products and services offered by Axos, ensuring control effectiveness.
Ensure adherence to SLAs,



KPIs, quality standards, productivity targets, and TATs across all processes.
Drive operational stability, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with banking regulations, SOX, OFAC, and internal control frameworks.
Own certification processes, readiness, and tracking for team members.
Lead internal and external audit engagements, manage responses, and drive closure of audit observations through corrective and preventive action plans.
Monitor error trends, quality metrics, and risk indicators; implement actions to reduce defects and operational risk.
Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders and senior leadership.
Lead governance calls, performance reviews, and operational updates using data‑driven insights.
Proactively escalate risks, capacity challenges, and compliance concerns with mitigation plans.
