Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Purchase Executive – Trims role based in Chennai. The Purchase Executive – Trims will manage end-to-end procurement of trims and accessories, including sourcing, vendor coordination, and timely placement of purchase orders to meet production schedules.



Daily responsibilities include reviewing purchase requisitions from internal teams, obtaining and comparing quotations, negotiating prices and terms, and ensuring materials meet quality and compliance standards. The role involves closely tracking order status, following up with suppliers on deliveries, resolving discrepancies in quantity or quality, and maintaining accurate records in the purchase system. The Purchase Executive will collaborate with production, merchandising, and quality teams to forecast trim requirements, optimize inventory levels, and support cost-effective, on-time execution of customer orders.

- Solid procurement and purchase management skills, including experience with purchase management and overall procurement processes.
