Marketing Manager – Terrea by Wonderla & Isle by Wonderla
About the Role
We are looking for a energetic, creative, and results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead the marketing function for both Terrea by Wonderla and Isle by Wonderla. This role will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive occupancy and revenue, strengthen customer engagement, and position both brands as preferred hospitality destinations.
The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in hospitality marketing, digital marketing, OTA management, partnership development, brand building, event marketing, and performance analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing
- Develop and execute integrated annual marketing strategies for Terrea by Wonderla and Isle by Wonderla.
- Build brand awareness and strengthen market positioning for both hospitality brands.
- Plan and execute seasonal campaigns, promotional offers, and integrated marketing initiatives that drive occupancy, revenue, and guest engagement.




- Ensure all marketing activities align with overall business objectives and brand guidelines.
Revenue & Business Growth
- Drive room occupancy and revenue growth through effective marketing initiatives.
- Increase direct bookings through owned digital channels.
- Support the growth of MICE, corporate, travel trade, and group business segments.
- Identify new revenue opportunities through strategic collaborations and partnerships.
Digital Marketing & Online Presence
- Oversee digital marketing campaigns across search, display, social media, email, and other digital platforms.
- Manage the online presence of both brands, including websites and social media channels.
- Improve website traffic, conversion rates, and customer engagement through data-driven marketing.
- Collaborate with internal and external creative teams to produce compelling marketing content.
OTA & Distribution Management
- Manage and optimize OTA platforms in
