Location: Bangalore
CTC: ₹2–3 Crore per annum
Experience: 15+ Years
Industry - Only from FMCG ( MNC)
Manufacturing Experience is must
We are seeking a seasoned business leader to drive strategic growth, lead high-performing teams, and expand business across domestic and international markets.
Key Requirements:
- University graduate with an Engineering degree and/or MBA from a reputed institution.
- 15+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Marketing, or Commercial Leadership roles.
- 10+ years of people management experience, with cross-functional leadership exposure preferred.
- Strong understanding of products, technical solutions, and commercial business models.
- Proven track record in strategic leadership, business growth, and market expansion.




- International exposure preferred.
- Experience leading and developing Sales & Marketing teams through coaching and mentoring.
- Demonstrated success in cross-regional projects and large-scale business initiatives.
- Robust negotiation skills with experience managing high-value commercial contracts.
- Advanced business and financial acumen, including planning and forecasting.
- Ability to identify new opportunities, penetrate key accounts, and champion new business ventures.
- Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
