Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced Project Manager to lead IT Business System implementation projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in project planning, stakeholder management, risk management, and successful delivery of IT projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end IT projects from planning to delivery.
- Create project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Work with business stakeholders to gather and define requirements.
- Track project progress, risks, and issues, and ensure timely resolution.
- Lead project meetings and provide regular status updates.
- Maintain project documentation and conduct post-project reviews.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of IT Project Management experience.




- Minimum 3 years managing medium-scale IT Business System implementation projects.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Jira, and project management tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
- PMP Certification is a plus.
- Agile/Scrum experience or certification is preferred.
Mandatory Requirement
- Candidate's current or most recent experience must be with an IT Service-Based company.
- Immediate Joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
