On paper, this is an Executive Assistant role. On paper undersells it by a mile.
Let me be honest about the work, because the title hides it. You will run my inbox, my diary, my travel, my meetings, and the hundred small administrative things that decide whether a week holds together or comes apart. You will take all of it off my plate and carry it without being asked twice. None of it is glamorous. All of it is consequential.
And none of it is as straightforward as it looks. A single conference trip looks easy from a distance. A flight, a hotel, a talk. Up close it is a visa, a keynote that changes twice the week before, a research brief I need the moment I land, three client conversations stacked back to back, a live demo that has to behave on someone else's wifi, a dinner nobody confirmed, and a return leg rerouted because the session overran. One trip. Forty small things,



each of which fails quietly if you are not already three steps ahead of me. Now multiply that across a year.
Here is the real shape of it. Half the job is public-facing, the events and rooms and everything that carries my name. The other half is internal and technical. You will sit close to AI engineering, product, and research. You will not be asked to write code. You will be asked to be the kind of mind that, dropped into a room full of it, keeps up, holds the thread, and catches the question everyone else missed.
Put plainly, your job is to build a fortress around my time and attention and set me up to win, so that I can spend my hours where they actually count, on innovation and research. The admin is not beneath this role. The admin is the role, done at a level most people cannot sustain. Equal parts order and judgement, and it never stops moving.
