Role Description This is a full-time, in office Executive Assistant role based in Ahmedabad. The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and executive support, including managing calendars, , organizing travel, and preparing expense reports.



The role involves handling correspondence, drafting and formatting documents, creating presentations, and maintaining organized records and files. The Executive Assistant will coordinate with internal teams , ensure timely follow-ups, and support the leadership team in day-to-day operational tasks. The individual will also assist with meeting preparation, minutes, action item tracking, and other duties as needed to enable efficient executive decision-making and smooth office operations.
