Experience in Procurement role for EPC Projects is a mandatory.
Should have experience of handling large volume of buying (~1000-1500 Crs. per year).
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with EPC project requirements.
- Prepare project-specific procurement plans, scheduling, and sourcing strategies.
- Identify long-lead items and ensure early procurement to avoid project delays.
- Optimize total cost of ownership while maintaining quality and schedule compliance.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard qualified vendors for mechanical equipment, bulk materials, and services.
- Develop and maintain a robust global vendor base for Minerals & Metals projects.
- Conduct techno-commercial evaluations and supplier negotiations.
- Drive strategic sourcing initiatives and long-term supplier partnerships.
- Monitor procurement budgets and track cost savings initiatives.
- Conduct value engineering and cost optimization exercises.
- Provide periodic procurement MIS reports and forecasts.

Education Details-BE/BTech (Mechanical) with experience 20-28 years
