Key Responsibility Area 1: Business Engagement & Problem Discovery
Build and sustain solid working relationships with stakeholders across Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain functions to stay continuously connected with business priorities and pain points. Conduct structured discovery sessions to identify operational challenges and translate them into clearly defined Digital and AI problem statements. Assess manufacturing and supply chain processes to spot opportunities for intervention using next-gen technologies such as: Manufacturing 4.0 / Industry 4.0 frameworks, Digital Twins, Industrial Io T (IIo T) and OT-IT integration, Predictive and Prescriptive Analytics for equipment, yield, and quality, Generative AI for knowledge management and operational insights Develop compelling business cases for investments — including ROI estimates, risk assessment, and implementation feasibility Conduct benchmarking and landscape analysis to identify applicable industry best practices and emerging technology trends relevant to pharma/CRO manufacturing and SCM.



Lead ideation workshops and Po C conceptualization in new technology areas such as agentic AI, digital twin pilots, and smart manufacturing platforms. Create high-level solution blueprints aligned to business requirements and technical constraints. Develop and maintain a prioritized Digital & AI initiative roadmap in alignment with business strategy. Key Responsibility Area 2: Delivery Product Owner
Act as Product Owner for digital and AI initiatives in the Manufacturing and SCM domain — owning the product vision, backlog, and delivery outcomes Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications for the development team. Prioritize and manage the product backlog to ensure delivery focus on highest-value features and use cases.
