Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Design Manager (Interiors) role based in Bengaluru. The Sales Design Manager will meet prospective clients, understand their requirements, and translate them into functional and aesthetic interior design proposals. Responsibilities include preparing and presenting design concepts, mood boards, and layouts; coordinating site visits, measurements,



and feasibility checks; and collaborating with internal design, procurement, and execution teams to ensure accurate implementation. The role involves driving sales targets through consultative selling, estimating project costs, preparing quotations, and following up to close deals while maintaining strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle. The Sales Design Manager will also track project progress, manage client expectations, and provide regular updates to ensure a seamless and satisfactory customer experience.
Qualifications
Strong interior design foundations, including space planning, materials and finishes selection, and knowledge of current design trends.
Proficiency in design and visualization tools (e.g., Auto CAD, Sketch Up, 3 D visualization software, or similar applications).
