Roles and Responsibilities:
Implement, maintain, and support data pipeline solutions for ingestion, transformation, and delivery. Tune SQL and pipeline logic to improve performance and limit consumption spend. Ensure data reliability, efficiency, integrity, and quality across downstream consumers. Follow standardized coding practices, coding standards, and change control procedures. Adhere to security policies and HIPAA compliance requirements for handling health-related data. Skills Required:
6-9 years of database SQL development and ETL/ELT data integration experience Data engineering experience with strong SQL development (highly complex queries). ETL/ELT data integration experience (5+ years) with deep understanding of data flows. Experience with Snowflake and/or cloud data warehouse platforms such as Redshift, Databricks, or Firebolt. Knowledge of ER diagrams, data flow diagrams, and normalization techniques; ability to support BI consumption. Positive to Have:
Tableau experience for analytics and reporting enablement. MS SQL experience for database development and query optimization. Education: Any Graduation
