Overview:
Reporting to the Director of WFM Transformation, the Senior Financial Analyst will serve as the financial backbone of the Global WFM Transformation Office - a multi-workstream program accountable for delivering significant FY26 savings through automation and AI-enabled initiatives. The role will own business case development, ROI modeling, benefit realization tracking, and executive-grade financial reporting across the portfolio - providing leadership with a defensible, single source of truth on transformation financials and enabling faster, data-driven investment decisions.

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain standardized business cases and ROI models for each transformation workstream
- Track benefit realization (planned vs.



actual savings) and flag variances to leadership
- Partner with global Finance, WFM Operations, and workstream owners to validate baselines and align on savings methodology
- Prepare executive-grade financial reporting for bi-weekly leadership updates, QBRs, and Steer Co reviews
- Support investment decisions (e.g., tooling continuation, vendor renegotiation, rollout prioritization) through rigorous cost-benefit analysis
- Contribute to monthly forecast, annual budgeting, and long-term planning processes with a Transformation lens
- Collaborate on data analytics projects and reporting requirements, leveraging BI tools to surface financial insights across regions and accounts
- Take ownership of process enhancements that improve transparency, accuracy, and speed of financial reporting within the Transformation Office
