About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Manager – Data Engineering to lead the design, delivery, and operation of contemporary enterprise data platforms that power analytics, AI/ML, and business intelligence initiatives. This role combines strategic leadership, hands-on technical expertise, and people management to drive scalable data solutions across the organization.
As a Data Engineering leader, you will oversee the development of cloud-native data architectures, lead high-performing engineering teams, and ensure the reliability, governance, and performance of critical data platforms.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Define and execute the organization's Data Engineering roadmap aligned with business, analytics, and AI priorities.
Drive adoption of modern data architectures including Data Lakes, Lakehouses, and cloud-native platforms.
Partner with business and technology stakeholders to enable trusted, self-service data and reporting capabilities.
Build & Scale Data Platforms




Lead the design, development, and optimization of scalable data pipelines and data products.
Deliver enterprise-grade ELT solutions using Snowflake and modern cloud technologies.
Establish robust data transformation frameworks using dbt, ensuring data quality, governance, and maintainability.
Enable consistent business metrics through semantic modeling and governed analytics solutions.
Support enterprise reporting and dashboarding capabilities through optimized data models and BI platforms.
Technical Expertise
Strong experience with Snowflake, including SQL, Snowpark, incremental processing, and platform automation.
Hands-on expertise in dbt for data modeling, testing, documentation, and deployment.
Experience with At Scale semantic models and enterprise KPI governance.
Strong understanding of modern data warehousing, lakehouse architectures, and cloud analytics platforms.
Experience with Google Cloud Platform
