What You'll
Do Manage day-to-day purchasing for kitchen, bakery, retail, packaging, and operation
s. Generate and track purchase order
s. Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely deliverie
s. Compare quotations and negotiate the best value while maintaining quality standard
s. Maintain optimum inventory levels and prevent stock shortages or overstockin
g. Source current vendors and products aligned with The Fresh Factory's quality philosoph
y.
Work closely with chefs and department heads for procurement plannin
g. Ensure proper documentation, invoices, GRNs, and purchase record
s. Monitor pricing trends and identify cost-saving opportunitie
s. Maintain high vendor accountability for quality, consistency, and timeline
s.
What We're Looking
