Key Responsibilities
Design and develop end-to-end full-stack applications (Python + React/Next.js)
Build and deploy Generative AI solutions including LLM integrations and RAG systems
Architect scalable systems and drive technical design decisions
Work directly with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions quickly
Lead technical initiatives and mentor engineers
Ensure best practices in code quality, CI/CD, and cloud deployment
Required Skills
7+ years of experience in software engineering (full-stack)
Strong hands-on experience in Python and Java Script/Type Script
Solid knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and CI/CD
Experience with databases (Postgre SQL, No SQL, Redis, etc.)
Hands-on experience in Generative AI (LLMs, RAG, vector databases)
Solid system design and problem-solving skills
Good to Have
Experience in AI evaluation frameworks / prompt engineering
Exposure to healthcare / life sciences domain
Experience in consulting or client-facing roles
