Job Description – MIS Executive (French Proficiency)

About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage operational reporting, data analysis, dashboard preparation, and business reporting. The role requires solid Excel skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to communicate with French-speaking stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
MIS & Reporting
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Generate dashboards and performance metrics for management review.
Maintain data accuracy and ensure timely reporting.
Analyze trends and provide actionable insights.
Data Management
Consolidate data from multiple sources.
Validate data quality and identify discrepancies.
Maintain reporting templates and databases.
Support business reviews with accurate reporting.
Stakeholder Coordination
Communicate with French-speaking stakeholders regarding reports and data requests.




Support operations and management teams with ad-hoc reporting requirements.
Ensure timely delivery of reports and business updates.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in MIS, Reporting, Business Analytics, or Operations Support.
French language proficiency (B1/B2 preferred).
Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Power Query preferred).
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of Power BI OR Tableau
Experience in BPO, Shared Services, or Operations Reporting.
Basic SQL knowledge is an added advantage.
