Required Skills:
- Solid knowledge of hybrid and electric vehicle propulsion systems
- Expertise in control strategy development for VCU (Torque, Energy, Thermal Management) across drive modes
- Experience in modelling, simulation, tuning, integration, and vehicle-level testing
- Proficient in Model-Based Development using MATLAB/Simulink/Stateflow and Embedded Coder
- Hands-on experience in optimizing control software for performance, efficiency, range, and NVH
- Exposure to full vehicle development lifecycle for HEV/PHEV/MHEV systems
- Ability to analyze vehicle dynamics, stability, and performance using simulation and real-world data
- Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional global teams
