Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Sales Executive role based in Mumbai. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business, managing the sales pipeline, and closing deals for residential and commercial interior design projects.



Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, understanding client requirements, and coordinating with design and project teams to prepare proposals and quotations. The role involves negotiating terms, following up on opportunities, and ensuring a smooth handover from sales to execution while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. The Senior Sales Executive will also track sales performance, provide market feedback to leadership, and contribute to sales strategy and revenue growth.
Qualifications
Proven experience in B2 C and/or B2 B sales, preferably in interior design, real estate, architecture, construction, or related industries.
Robust skills in prospecting, lead qualification, pipeline management, and deal closure.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
