We're opening applications for a 3 D Artist role for our Indian mythology-inspired action-adventure game.

We're looking for a passionate 3 D Artist to help shape the visual foundation of the project during an important early development phase.

This is an early-stage indie startup opportunity, ideal for someone who wants to contribute directly to building a game from the ground up and play a key role in our playable demo milestone.

Role Details

Position: 3 D Artist

Experience: 2–5 years of hands-on experience in game art or 3 D content creation

Work Mode: Fully remote initially; future office location will be Pune

Location Preference: Pune-based candidates will be prioritized

Employment Type: Full time

Compensation: ₹2.4–₹3 LPA CTC during the initial engagement phase

Evaluation Period: 1-month paid probation/evaluation period, followed by a fixed-term engagement based on mutual fit and performance

What You'll Work On
Creating game-ready 3 D assets, including characters, props,



and modular environment pieces Building level blockouts and supporting environment layouts for gameplay spaces Scene dressing and visual polish within Unity Assisting with basic VFX for combat, abilities, environmental effects, and atmosphere Developing mood boards, visual explorations, paintovers, and reference materials Preparing optimized assets with awareness of real-time performance requirements Collaborating closely with designers and developers to deliver a polished demo experience What We're Looking For
Strong portfolio showcasing game-ready 3 D character art, environments, props, or stylized assets Good understanding of composition, scale, lighting, and player readability Experience working within Unity or collaborating closely with Unity developers Solid understanding of modeling, UVs, texturing, materials, and optimization workflows Experience with tools such as Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, ZBrush, Substance Painter, Photoshop, Unity Basic knowledge of Unity Particle System, VF
