The ideal candidate will guide prospective students and parents through university selection, admissions, and enrolment processes while driving recruitment targets and contributing to team development. Key Responsibilities Student Counselling & Guidance
Counsel students and parents regarding academic programs, university options, admission requirements, scholarships, and career pathways. Assess student profiles and recommend suitable universities and study programs based on academic background, career goals, and financial considerations. Provide accurate information on international higher education systems, admission criteria, visa processes, and application timelines. Admissions & Enrolment Management
Manage the complete student application lifecycle from enquiry to enrolment. Review application documents and ensure compliance with university requirements. Coordinate with students, parents, universities,



and internal teams to facilitate smooth admissions. Recruitment & Business Development
Follow up on leads and convert enquiries into successful enrolments. Achieve assigned student recruitment and revenue targets. Conduct seminars, webinars, educational fairs, school visits, and promotional activities to generate leads and build brand awareness. Develop and maintain relationships with schools, universities, educational partners, and other stakeholders. Team Leadership & Mentoring
