Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Agriculture Process Engineer to lead process development and value-added production initiatives for agro-based raw materials. The role will involve process design, product development, scale-up, and plant operations for the conversion of castor, mustard, and other crops into high-value products. The position is based in Rajasthan.

Responsibilities & Duties: -

· Develop and optimize chemical processes for value-added agro products.

· Lead pilot trials, process scale-up, and commercial production.

· Work on the processing of castor, mustard, vegetable oils, and related feedstocks.

· Improve yield, quality, productivity, and cost efficiency.

· Establish SOPs, process parameters, and quality standards.

· Coordinate with production, procurement, maintenance, and quality teams.

· Support commissioning and stabilization of plant operations.

· Identify new product opportunities and process improvements.





· Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

· Maintain process documentation and technical records.

Qualification & Skills

· MSc. Chemistry

· Hands-on experience in castor, mustard, vegetable oil processing, oleochemicals, or agro-based chemical products.

· Experience in agricultural processing

· Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

· Knowledge of process safety and quality systems.

· Candidates required should be from the northern part of India only.
