Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and confident Demand Generation Representative who will be responsible for reaching out to prospects, introducing our services, and scheduling qualified meetings for our sales team. The role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
● Make outbound calls to prospects from the provided list.
● Run multi-channel outreach campaigns by sending structured email cadences and engaging prospects through Linked In to generate interest and book meetings.
● Introduce the company and its offerings clearly and professionally.
● Identify prospect interest and qualify them based on the ICP (Ideal Customer Profile).
● Schedule meetings/appointments for the sales or business team.
● Maintain call logs, update Google Sheets regularly.
● Follow up with leads when required to confirm meetings.
● Coordinate effectively with internal teams for smooth handovers.
● Achieve daily/weekly meeting targets.
Skills & Requirements:
● Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to handle objections confidently.
● Good command of English
● Basic computer skills (Google Sheets, email).
● Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented.
● Prior experience in cold calling/lead generation/appointment setting is a strong plus.
