Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telesales Executive role based in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Telesales Executive will make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to introduce Identifeye Solutions' AI-powered security and analytics offerings, understand customer requirements, and present suitable solutions. The role includes qualifying leads,



nurturing prospects, scheduling product demos or meetings for the sales team, and following up to move opportunities through the sales pipeline. The Telesales Executive will handle inbound inquiries, respond to questions about features, pricing, and service models, and maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system. The position also involves collaborating with the sales and marketing teams on campaigns, gathering customer feedback, and meeting or exceeding agreed targets for calls, conversions, and revenue.
