We at Troika are looking to hire mid-level, bright, enthusiastic Financial Planners / Paraplanners for a USA-based Fin Tech client. We are currently looking for Financial Planners / Paraplanners (with an experience of 1-2 years) to join our team.

You will lead the team and ensure the delivered work going out of India is as per standards and SOP set by the client. You will work in conjunction with a USA-based relationship manager who will interact directly with the Financial Advisor in the USA and you.

Responsibilities
Accurately prepare income planning cases using client inputs via our planning software. We will provide training on our software. Perform case optimisations based on defined planning scenarios. Ensure all case materials and outputs are compliant. Provide client-facing reports and presentations in Power Point/PDF to the sales and/or service team for follow-up with the financial advisor. Manage case workflows via CRM tools.



Manage a team of 4 Junior Paraplanners and ensure that the work that goes out of India office is quality checked and approved. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Financial Planning, Finance, Accounting, or Economics. Awareness of financial products and services: -Income and expenses

-Pre-tax and after-tax investment concepts

-Understanding of different financial products and registration types
Ability to follow a detailed process to identify and apply a scenario based on client inputs and stated goals. Proficiency in English-language written and verbal communication. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Ability to create a Power Point presentation based on slide templates and documented procedures. Kindly send your profiles to [email protected]
