Role Description
This is a full-time in office role located in the Greater Bengaluru Area for an Associate in the Founder's Office. Responsibilities include supporting the Founder in strategic planning, research and analysis, assisting with business development initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute high-priority projects. The Associate will help identify growth opportunities, develop operational improvements,
and drive the execution of key decisions to align with the organization's goals.
Qualifications
Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in business development, strategic planning, and project management Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage multiple workstreams effectively Proficiency in using business tools such as Microsoft Excel and Power Point Adaptability, organizational skills, and a solution-oriented mindset Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus Prior experience in consulting, strategy, or business management roles will be an advantage
