About the Role

We're looking for a creatively driven Junior Graphic Designer with a strong visual eye and an understanding of modern brand aesthetics. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about design, detail-oriented, and excited to work across a fast-paced beauty and lifestyle environment.

You will work closely with the creative and marketing teams to bring campaigns, launches, and brand communication to life across digital touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Design & Brand Assets

Design visually compelling assets across: Performance marketing ad Website and landing pages Email and Whats App creatives Marketplace assets 2. Support campaign launches with elevated, brand-aligned creative

Brand Consistency
Ensure all creative assets align with the brand's visual identity and aesthetic standards Maintain consistency across campaigns, launches, and communication touchpoints Support in refining and evolving the brand's visual language over time Collaboration




Work closely with copywriters, marketers, and external partners Take feedback constructively and iterate efficiently while maintaining quality Support day-to-day creative requirements in a fast-paced workplace What We're Looking For:
0–2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or D2 C Brands Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour, and visual hierarchy Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design), Figma and Canva Strong aesthetic sensibility with attention to detail and composition Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines effectively A strong portfolio showcasing creativity, taste, and versatility across formats.
