Plan and facilitate play-based, inquiry-driven experiences aligned with the IB curriculum and Eravoo's philosophy Guide outdoor exploration and design age-appropriate, nature-inspired activities Support social-emotional development and maintain a safe, inclusive classroom setting Document children's learning through observations and portfolios; collaborate with families and colleagues Participate in team meetings, professional development, and centre events. Who you are




Qualified in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field Experienced working with young children in an early years educational setting Familiar with inquiry-based learning and frameworks such as IB PYP, Reggio Emilia, or similar Creative, organised, and thoughtful — able to design engaging experiences and keep accurate documentation A warm communicator who builds respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues Committed to inclusive, non-discriminatory learning environments for every child
