About the Role

We are seeking a creative, analytical, and highly organized You Tube Manager to lead and execute our You Tube growth strategy while managing a team of content professionals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end You Tube channel management, content planning, team leadership, audience growth, analytics, and optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Channel Management
Manage the day-to-day operations of one or multiple You Tube channels. Upload, schedule, and publish videos while ensuring content quality and timely delivery. Maintain channel organization, playlists, and metadata. Content Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute content strategies to increase subscribers, watch time, and engagement. Create and manage content calendars aligned with business and audience objectives. Identify trends, emerging topics, and content opportunities to drive channel growth. SEO & Optimization
Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, and keywords to maximize discoverability. Conduct keyword and competitor research to improve channel performance.



Implement You Tube SEO best practices and stay updated with platform algorithm changes. Analytics & Reporting
Track channel performance using You Tube Analytics and other reporting tools. Monitor KPIs such as views, watch time, retention, CTR, subscriber growth, and engagement rate. Prepare periodic reports and provide actionable insights and recommendations. Audience Engagement
Develop strategies to improve audience engagement and retention. Monitor comments and community interactions. Manage community posts, polls, and engagement initiatives to strengthen audience relationships. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
Work closely with creative, production, marketing, and social media teams to ensure seamless execution. Coordinate with external creators, agencies, and partners for collaborations and campaigns. Preferred Qualifications
