Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally. Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests in a timely manner. Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up actions. Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments when required. Meet quality,
productivity, and customer satisfaction targets. Adhere to process guidelines, company policies, and compliance requirements. Collaborate with team members and support functions to improve customer experience. Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to listen actively and resolve customer concerns effectively. Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Basic computer proficiency and knowledge of MS Office. Ability to work in a quick-paced environment. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
