Job Overview:

Dexhigh Services Pvt Ltd is looking for an enthusiastic Fresher Game Animator with a strong focus on technical art to work on agile 3 D content for our games. This role requires a foundational understanding of skinning, rigging, and cloth simulations to bring character assets to life. The ideal candidate loves the technical side of character creation, is eager to learn, and can prepare dynamic assets that seamlessly integrate into game engines like Unity or Unreal Engine.

Responsibilities:

Set up clean, efficient skeletal joints and bone hierarchies for various characters and creatures.

Paint accurate skin weights to ensure realistic and smooth deformations during movement.

Set up and fine-tune real-time cloth physics, hair simulations, and soft-body dynamics.

Develop core character animations, including walk/run cycles, combat moves, and idles.





Collaborate with developers and designers to export and test rigs and dynamic simulations directly within the game engine.

Learn and optimize rigging and simulation workflows for real-time game performance.

Required Skills & Software:

0-1 year of experience or a strong academic showreel focusing on Rigging, Skinning, and Dynamic Cloth/Hair Simulations.

Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Maya, Blender, and Marvelous Designer.

Basic knowledge of anatomy, topology, and deformation logic for clean joint movements.

Familiarity with game engines (Unity or Unreal Engine) and how simulated parameters function within them.

Understanding of core animation principles (timing, spacing, weight, and body mechanics).

A Degree, Diploma, or specialized certification in Game Art, Animation, or a related field.
