We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to support a leading client's Chemistry, Manufacturing & Controls (CMC) organisation.

Location: Remote

Employment Type: Contract (6+ Months)

Shift: IST Hours (with some overlap)

Key Requirements:

8+ years of Technical Program Management experience

Robust Governance, Steering Committee, and Stakeholder Management experience

Experience working in Gx P-regulated environments

Pharma/Biotech industry background with understanding of batch lifecycle and quality release processes

Exposure to AI/ML, Data Analytics, Predictive Analytics, or Digital Transformation initiatives

Ability to work closely with Associate Directors and senior leadership teams

Responsibilities:





• Drive digital transformation initiatives across the CMC organization

• Lead governance forums and steering committee meetings

• Manage intake, prioritization, and roadmap planning for digital programs

• Partner with senior stakeholders to ensure successful program delivery

• Lead high-visibility strategic projects and operational excellence initiatives
