Role Description This is a full-time, in office UPS Sales Engineer role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The UPS Sales Engineer will identify and qualify potential customers, conduct technical and commercial discussions, and recommend suitable UPS and power solutions based on client requirements. Responsibilities include preparing and presenting technical proposals, sizing and configuring UPS systems, and supporting product demonstrations and site surveys.



The role also involves coordinating with internal engineering and R& D teams to address customer specifications, handling pre- and post-sales technical queries, and ensuring timely follow-up on quotations and orders. The UPS Sales Engineer will maintain accurate sales reports, build long-term customer relationships, and support after-sales service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Qualifications
Strong Sales Engineering skills, including solution selling, requirement gathering, and UPS/power systems sizing. Proficiency in Sales and Customer Service, with the ability to manage leads, negotiations, and long-term client relationships. Experience providing Technical Support for UPS or related electrical/power electronics products, including troubleshooting and coordination with service teams.
