Our Client is a global organization undergoing a large-scale digital transformation, implementing SAP S/4 HANA to modernize operations and drive enterprise-wide efficiency. They are seeking an experienced S/4 HANA Data Transformation Manager (SD & PP) to support data readiness, migration, and governance across global deployment programs.

Key Responsibilities

Data Readiness
Drive data preparation activities for Sales & Distribution (SD) and Production Planning (PP) domains Ensure readiness across key business processes such as Order-to-Cash (O2 C) and Plan-to-Make (P2 M) Develop standardized tools, templates, and processes to streamline data preparation Conduct workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder onboarding for data owners and key users Collaborate with integration partners to finalize data designs, mappings, and transformations Data Migration & Deployment
Support end-to-end S/4 HANA deployment activities, including migration, testing, cutover,



and post-go-live support Coordinate activities across project teams, integration partners, and business stakeholders Execute migration cycles such as testing, mock loads, data validation, and defect resolution Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards Data Governance & MDG
Support implementation of SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) across deployments Enable solid data governance practices and ensure high data quality post go-live Manage change requests related to data models, governance processes, and workflows Monitor and resolve data-related issues and ensure timely incident handling Project Management & Enablement
Build standardized deployment toolkits for repeatable execution across regions Track project progress, risks, and issues, and drive corrective actions Ensure complete and compliant documentation of all data activities Deliver training and continuous support to data owners and stakeholders C
