Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
Explain company services and offerings to prospects.
Follow up with leads and schedule appointments or meetings.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
Address customer queries and provide relevant information.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for lead handover and follow-ups.
Requirements
1+ years of experience in telecalling, customer support, or a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
Ability to handle objections and build rapport with customers.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
