Role Overview
We are looking for a talented 3 D Designer with a minimum of 2 years of experience to create high-quality interior and architectural visualisations. The ideal candidate should have experience in residential projects and be able to translate design concepts into realistic 3 D renders.
Responsibilities
• Create detailed 3 D models and photorealistic renders for interior and architectural projects
• Develop visualisations based on design concepts, drawings, and material selections
• Prepare walkthroughs, presentations, and render views for client meetings
• Coordinate with architects and interior designers to ensure design accuracy
• Apply materials, lighting, furniture,



and styling elements to enhance visual output
• Make revisions based on client and team feedback
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience in 3 D visualisation or architectural rendering
• Experience working on residential interior projects is essential
• Proficiency in Sketch Up, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar rendering software
• Good understanding of interior design, materials, lighting, and spatial planning
• Solid attention to detail and visual presentation skills
• Portfolio showcasing residential project renders is required
