Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Agency Sales Manager role based in Bengaluru. The Agency Sales Manager will be responsible for driving current business acquisition, developing strategic relationships with prospective clients, and identifying opportunities to expand the agency's service portfolio.
The role involves leading the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to proposal development, negotiation, and client onboarding.



The individual will work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding, successful campaign execution, and high levels of client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include managing and nurturing client relationships, understanding business objectives, identifying growth opportunities, and serving as a strategic partner to clients. The Agency Sales Manager will also monitor market trends, prepare sales forecasts and reports, contribute to revenue growth targets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated marketing and communication solutions.
