Role: Trade Marketing Manager -Paints Industry Mandatory
Location: Chennai & Mumbai
* *CTC: ₹12–15 LPA
Experience: 4 to 8 Years
Industry: Paints Industry Preferred
Reponsibilities:
* Plan and execute trade marketing campaigns, promotions, and channel activation programs.
* Drive BTL activities, POSM deployment, retail visibility, and shelf-share improvement.
* Manage distributor/dealer engagement and loyalty programs.
* Execute GTM strategies for new product launches.
* Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and channel performance.
* Manage trade marketing budgets and vendor relationships.
* Collaborate with Sales, Brand, and Supply Chain teams for effective execution.
* Lead and mentor field teams to drive business growth.
