Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Head Director – Amazon Marketplace Revenue & Growth to own and scale our Amazon business across key global marketplaces. This role will be responsible for driving revenue, profitability, advertising performance, marketplace expansion, and team leadership while ensuring operational excellence and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the Amazon P&L; and deliver aggressive revenue growth targets.
Lead Amazon Seller Central/Vendor Central operations across global marketplaces.
Develop and execute growth strategies for sales, market share, and profitability.
Oversee Amazon PPC,



DSP, Sponsored Ads, and overall advertising performance.
Drive listing optimization, SEO, A+ Content, and conversion rate improvements.
Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure inventory and growth alignment.
Analyze marketplace data, identify opportunities, and implement scalable growth initiatives.
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing Amazon growth team.
Ensure compliance with Amazon policies, account health, and brand protection.
Qualification:
10+ years of Amazon Marketplace and e Commerce leadership experience.
Proven success in scaling multi-million-dollar Amazon businesses.
Robust expertise in Amazon PPC, DSP, Seller Central, Vendor Central, and marketplace analytics.
Experience managing large advertising budgets and delivering profitable growth.
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.
