Role Description This is a full time, on-site Business Management Teacher role based in Sarjapura, Bengaluru. The Business Management Teacher will plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with relevant curricula and learning outcomes, integrating concepts from business related areas. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, teaching classes, assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining accurate academic records. The role also involves supporting students in developing analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills,



as well as participating in departmental meetings, school events, and ongoing professional development. The teacher will collaborate with colleagues, contribute to a positive classroom environment, and uphold the school’s commitment to holistic education and leadership development.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Business Management related topics, with the ability to relate theory to real-world applications.
- Demonstrated skills in Education and Lesson Planning, including designing structured, learner-centered lessons.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective instruction, feedback, and collaboration.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, or a related field.
