Job Purpose:
To drive the strategy, execution, optimization, and adoption of Royal Enfield’s customer-centric digital products and experiences to strengthen brand awareness, aspiration, and consumer engagement. The role is responsible for delivering seamless and connected customer journeys across digital touchpoints by leading product enhancements, improving UI/UX, driving feature innovation, governing agency delivery, and enabling cross-functional collaboration to create integrated, high-quality consumer experiences that support business and portfolio objectives.

What you’ll do:
Implement, monitor, and sustain annual plans for Royal Enfield’s customer-centric digital products to build brand awareness & aspiration among consumers.
Support planning and execution of RE App to enable our brand portfolio strategy; develop relevant campaigns to improve awareness, adoption, and time spent on the app




Continuous Improvement & Enhancements to ensure high-quality customer experience - Analyze customer journeys and continuously drive improvements in UI/UX, Drive the addition of current features on all relevant products & services, Harmonize customer experience across all customer-facing digital products & services
Agency management of UI/UX & Dev partner - End-to-end responsibility of managing agency output and ensuring delivery of high-quality output as per the project plan. Liaison with agency partners on a daily basis and have complete clarity of all ongoing modules. Flag any inconsistencies as well as roadblocks and ensure minimum impact on project deliverables.
Support in end-to-end proposition and positioning of all RE’s customer-centric digital products & services with focus on Connected, creating awareness, and improving adoption of relevant products & services
Work alongside counterparts from PD to stan
