Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Admission Counsellor (Sales & Marketing) role based at Kothari International School, Panvel.
The Admission Counsellor will interact with prospective students and families, conduct campus tours, provide detailed information about programs, curriculum, and school culture, and guide them through the admission and enrollment process.




The role includes responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings, maintaining accurate records of leads and follow-ups, and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.
The Admission Counsellor will support sales and marketing initiatives by participating in outreach activities, education fairs, community events, and school promotions.
The role also involves coordinating with academic and administrative teams, preparing reports on admission trends, and contributing ideas to enhance enrollment strategies.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and internal stakeholders.
Prior Experience of working in school setting will be an advantage.
Customer Service and Sales skills to manage inquiries, build relationships, and support admission targets in a professional manner.
