Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Admission Counsellor role based at Delhi Public School, Sushant Lok, Gurugram.
The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for interacting with prospective parents and students, providing detailed information about the school’s curriculum, facilities, admission procedures,



policies, and overall value proposition.
Key responsibilities include:
- Handling walk-in, phone, and email inquiries from prospective parents.
- Conducting campus tours and presenting the school’s offerings effectively.
- Guiding families through the application, assessment, interview, and enrolment process.
- Coordinating admission tests, interviews, and follow-ups with academic and administrative teams.
- Maintaining accurate records of inquiries, applications, conversions, and admissions.
- Supporting admission events, open houses, orientation sessions, and outreach activities.
- Contributing to admission-related communication materials and parent engagement initiatives.
- Ensuring a smooth, professional, and positive admission experience for all families.
- Upholding the school’s values and standards in every interaction.
