We are seeking an experienced Product Manager – Data Integration Services to lead the implementation and delivery of real-time data integrations with our customers and vendors. In this client-facing role, you will be the primary point of contact for integration projects, ensuring seamless data connectivity, exceptional customer experiences, and successful deployments. You will become a subject matter expert in our data integration capabilities and provide strategic support to customers, vendors, and internal teams throughout the integration lifecycle.
What You’ll Do
- Lead Integration Projects: Own integration projects from requirements gathering through deployment, ensuring successful implementation of real-time data feeds tailored to customer and vendor needs
- Client-Facing Consultation: Serve as the primary consultant for customers and vendors, understanding their data requirements, recommending optimal integration solutions, and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle
- Requirements & Solution Design:



Translate complex customer requirements into explicit technical specifications and integration designs, working closely with engineering and infrastructure teams to deliver customized solutions
- Vendor & Customer Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and vendors, acting as their trusted advisor and ensuring their integration needs are met with excellence
- Data Security & Compliance: Maintain the highest standards of data security and compliance in line with company Security & Risk management policies
- Issue Resolution & Support: Coordinate issue resolution across multiple teams and platforms, troubleshooting integration challenges and identifying root causes to ensure smooth operations
